Blog Title:
Every Blog has its title. While creating a blog one must be careful and choose relevant keywords so that it figures out in the search results.
However many times we tend to forget this important factor and our blog takes a reasonable amount of time many times few months to appear in the search results. Blog Title should be put along with a description at Dashboard > Settings > Basic.
Post Title:
When you go for writing an article, you choose the option ‘Posts’ from your dashboard. On clicking on ‘Create New Post’ option, you are presented with an option to write the Post Title. You can type the Post title here which must include the keywords. Keyword placement in the title of the post is mandatory for its ranking.
Heading:
Your heading for the article should ostensibly include the keywords and should be written with H1 tag. For a better understanding of how to use H1 tag you can refer here.
Description:
Description part contains the keywords. In a blog, there are Blog Description, Post Description, and the Meta Description parts.
You can access the Blog Description by following the path Dashboard > Settings > Basic, Post Description by following the path Dashboard > Posts > Create New Post (Post Editor) > Post Settings > Search Description and Meta Description can be written directly in the template of the site below <head> tag.
Article:
Within the article itself, one may put keywords using h2, h3 tags. But remember not to overuse the Keyword Placement because Google does not like overuse of keywords.
Links:
In an article, you may use keywords at internal or external links for a better SEO ranking.
Photo Tags:
Picture should have proper Caption, Alt and Text nomenclatures for a better SEO. You can use keywords at these positions.
