Putting Side by Side Pictures
When we start blogging and when we are absolutely new to the blogging world, often we come across situations, when putting two Side by Side Pictures, appears to be a very difficult task.
These difficulties multiply in its volume when a number of such pictures increases. Keeping in view our initial days of blogging and for the benefit of the new comers in the blogging world, here I will detail the procedures that can be followed by bloggers to arrange the pictures in a single line and in a more orderly fashion. I will also talk about how to center the pictures and how to make equal distances between the pictures.
By now I presume that you must be familiar about how to upload a picture for your post. OK so let us begin. Let us consider that we have three pictures by the name Photo 1-1, Photo 1-2 and Photo 1-3 and we have uploaded them on our page for posting. Now go to the edit HTML tab and enter the following codes following the Steps.
Step-1:
<table><tbody><tr><td>photo 1-1</td><td>photo 1-2</td><td>photo 1-3</td></tr></tbody></table>
Step-2:
Now go back to Compose tab of your post and see that all pictures as follows:
“photo 1-1, photo 1-2, photo 1-3”
If they are not in the same line and put together serially follow the next step.
Step-3:
Slide the three images in the order of photo 1-1, photo 1-2 and photo 1-3, so that they appear in a single line and in an ordered way. That’s all, you can see that, you have put Side by Side Pictures.
How do I get those 3 pictures centered?
Once the pictures are arranged and in order, You must arrange it to put together in the center of the page, maintaining equal distances between them. To do this, again go to edit HTML tab and add <center> code at the beginning and </center> code at the end. your whole codes should look like the following.
<center><table><tbody><tr><td>photo 1-1</td><td>photo 1-2</td><td>photo 1-3</td></tr></tbody></table></center>
Now go to the compose tab and see that pictures are arranged and centered as per your desire. Once everything is set and pictures have been arranged in the order you wanted, you can remove the text “photo 1-1, photo 1-2, photo 1-3” from your Compose tab.
